Calcined coal carburizer is the product of low ash, low sulfur fine washed anthracite in calcining furnace after about 1250℃ high temperature calcination, the main production in Ningxia, Inner Mongolia. The general carbon content is 80-93%, mainly used in steelmaking enterprises, and some casting enterprises are used in gray cast iron. High fixed carbon content, strong oxidation resistance, low content of harmful elements. In the smelting process can be used as a reducing agent. In the process of EAF steelmaking, coke or anthracite can be used as the main carburizer when loading.
It can be used as a reducing agent in the smelting process, and as a carburizing agent in the arc furnace steelmaking process. It is also commonly used in melting process, induction furnace furnace carburization, cupola furnace furnace carburization, double process carburization, hot metal ladle in front of furnace with flow, and special steel steelmaking and ductile iron casting carburization. General calcined coal carburizer can replace petroleum coke carburizer in steel carburizing, which can reduce enterprise cost and increase enterprise economic benefit. Coal carburizer has no effect on the chemical composition, total amount of inclusions, crystallinity and mechanical properties of crystal structure of steel.
Due to the different quality of raw materials, as well as the use of different customers, the price of coal carburizer is also high and low, but under the same index of coal carburizer, the domestic market such as Henan, Shanxi, Hunan, Jiangxi, Shandong, Hebei, Shaanxi, Hubei, Inner Mongolia and other places wholesale price differences will not be too far apart.
