Calcined carburizer

1. The carburant has high absorption capacity, but it is difficult to absorb if it has not been calcined.

2. Granularity of carburizer:

A: The particle size is small, the dissolution is fast, and the loss is large. The size selection is closely related to the diameter and capacity of the hearth.

B Poor absorption due to uneven particle size distribution.

3. Carburizing treatment temperature: Determine the treatment temperature according to the actual overheating temperature range.

4. Composition of molten iron: The higher the initial C, the worse the absorption. Silicon sulfur hinders carburization, and manganese is beneficial to carburization.

5. Stirring level of molten iron: long stirring time will increase C loss.

6. Timing of adding: If adding too early, the recarburizing agent is not easy to dissolve into molten iron. Adding it too late will result in slow smelting and heating time when carburization is lost.

7. The amount of recarburizer added: under a specific C fullness, the larger the amount added, the longer the dissolution and diffusion time, the greater the loss, and the lower the absorption capacity.

The raw materials of calcined recarburizer are expensive, and the cost of steelmaking is too high, and it is in use because of its large ash content. Small capacity, high consumption, low carbon recovery rate, especially the dust generated by the impact of hot air flow when adding, lead to deterioration of the operating environment and serious pollution. The calcined carburizer produced by our factory is high-quality smokeless high-temperature calcined with low ash content.
